Thank you for shopping with Vesero. Please read through our policies before placing an order. These terms are in place to ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency with every customer interaction.
NO REFUND, RETURN, OR EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales with Vesero are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in rare cases required by law.

All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Sizing Changes: If you're ordering a pre-order item, you may request a size change before the pre-order window closes. After the site closes, no changes can be made.

Review Before You Buy: It is your responsibility to check product details and sizing before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you confirm you’ve reviewed everything and are satisfied.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at veserohelp@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram at @vesero.us. We will assess the issue and resolve it if applicable.
We do not allow order transfers. Any potential exceptions apply only to the original buyer.
By purchasing from Vesero, you agree to all terms outlined above. Any disputes will be reviewed based on our internal policies.

SHIPPING POLICY – PRE-ORDER ITEMS
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order reserves a product that is not yet ready to ship. Pre-order items are marked clearly on our site.
Shipping Timelines:
Pre-orders generally take a few weeks to ship, depending on production timelines. We’ll email you tracking info once your item is ready to go.
No Expedited Shipping:
We do not offer faster shipping for pre-order items. Please allow the full processing time.
In-Hand Shipping:
Once items arrive at our facility, they will ship within the same week.
Mixed Orders:
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the order until everything is ready. If you’d like your in-stock item sooner, contact us.
Address Accuracy:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect info provided by the customer.
International Orders & Customs:
Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs or import fees. Vesero does not cover these charges.
